Baby Corn Cigars
Baby Corn, Potato – 4, Capsicum – ½, Green Chilli – 2, Onion – 1, Garlic Paste – 2 Spoon, Coriander Leaves, Breads Crumbs, Ginger Paste – 1 Spoon, Oil To Fry, Powder Sugar – 1 Spoon, Vinegar - 1 Spoon, Mayonnaise - 4 Table Spoon, Salt – To Taste, Corn Flour – 5 Spoon, Red Chilli Powder – 1 Spoon, Pizza Seasoning -1 Spoon
Take Shizzel Mayonnaise add finely chopped Capsicum, Onion, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Garlic Paste, Sugar, Salt and mix it.
To prepare Cigars:
Chop baby corn and add some pizza seasoning, garlic pasta, red chilli pasta, salt, Shizzel vinegar and some oil, mix it well. Put baby corn and marinate it. In the hot pan put the marinated corn and cook for few minutes and take it out.
For Outer Covering:
Take potatoes boil and smashed , add some corn flour ,ginger paste, chilli powder , coriander leaves and salt , mix all the ingredients. Now take a small part of it flatten it and stuff the baby corn into it. Now roll it on the bread crumbs and deep fry .
